Our office hours: our office is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. If you have a disability and are unable to travel, we can visit you at home by appointment.

Our fees: the first meeting can be on a fixed fee basis; we will tell you if we can help you and what you should do next. We will also explain how we calculate our fees and tell you about other costs which may be incurred. We will prepare a written estimate of our fees. We will not do anything until you specifically instruct us. We may be able to offer a ‘no win/no fee’ service for personal injury claims.

Parking: you can park in the road outside our office. There is no charge or time limit but please park thoughtfully to allow our neighbours easy access to their property.
